We ship all across India, covering almost all pin codes.

International shipping is currently not available.
2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) after order confirmation.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.
3. Delivery Timeline
The estimated delivery time depends on your location:

Metro Cities: 3 - 5 business days.

Rest of India: 5 - 7 business days.

Remote Areas: 7 - 10 business days.
4. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499 (otherwise a nominal fee of ₹49 applies).

Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional COD handling fee of ₹50 may apply to manage secure cash logistics.
5. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package is shipped, a unique Tracking ID and courier partner link will be sent to your registered email and phone number. You can track your order in real-time.
6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and immediately contact our support team.

We highly recommend recording an unboxing video as proof to help us quickly resolve any issues regarding missing or damaged items.
